SONYA KOPCOKOVA
 2009 EUROPEAN BODYFITNESS OVERALL WINNER

Sonya first appeared at the international level in 2005, placing 4th at the World Championships in Santa Susanna. Next year she won both European and World Championships. In 2009 she regained the continental title in +168 cm class but for the first time grasped the overall title also. She is graduated from the Economy University and works in the Public Service nowadays. She works out in the SK All Stars Club in Surany, Slovakia, under the guidance of her husband Rudolf Kopcok (finalist of the last year’s European and World Classic Bodybuilding Championships) and Dr. Milan Cizek.
Sonya displays perfect body proportions and lines, and if is top shape, like at 2009 European Championships, she is almost unbeatable. In 2009 she showed a top quality body, with very low bodyfat level and high body density.
